Scott Seiver Takes Down 2012 PartyPoker Premier League V

Scott Seiver has won the 2012 PartyPoker Premier League V, defeating an elite final table that included the likes of Patrik Antonius, Phil Laak, Tony G and Tom ‘durrrr’ Dwan. Seiver faced off against Daniel ‘jungleman’ Cates during the heads-up portion on an even playing field. However, Seiver would soon capture a 2-1 chip lead and never looked back.

16 players took part in the $125k buy-in event. Besides earning money from placing, each player in the PartyPoker Premier League V received $2,000 for every point earned in the preliminary heats. For some players, this dramatically increased the overall winnings.
